Tata Trusts always tries to maintain the equilibrium process which reduces regional disparities at different stages of development. As health being a core component of Migrant labour in our implementation area Trusts always foster to give health security not only to the labours but also to the children, keeping in mind of its profound effect that it can lead to growth pattern of the young mass. Keeping the noble initiative in mind on dated 31st January 2018 a Health camp for the migration labours was conducted in the destination implementation area (Karim Nagar) covering 150 participants including male, female and children from six brick kilns namely GAM, HBC, BBL, ZRB, AAB and AFA. Doctors and Nurses from Apollo Research Hospital, Karimnagar have given their support for the health camp. Dr.Srilekha has headed the check-up. One labour was found with cardiac problem while others had issues like cough, fever, low bp, high bp, diet problem and so on. The critical cases were referred for further check up. The owners and the migrant labours actively participated to and make the program a grand success
