Migration initiative at destination tries to provide quality education and safe and healthy environment to the children of migrating Labourers. This year 2017-18 the programs plans to demonstrate 2 crèches’ in Karimnagar kilns for providing children learning environment and good health. Mobile creches are technical partners to Trusts to take the nobel idea ahead.
Trusts with proper consultation with Mobile Creche, New Delhi organised a 12 days pre- service training from 22nd January to 2nd February 2018 at Karimnagar in Hyderabad. This was a 12 days training program of care takers for better service delivery in a playful manner.
The trainers who conducted the training were Usha Saini and Neelam Srivastav. The training was done at Karimnagar Office. They covered every aspect of child development process starting from pre-assessment orientation to health, immunization, first aid, hygiene, development milestone, hostalic development, communication, cognitive development and many others which a care taker must know wile handling the toddlers.
There were 7 participants which included care takers and Vidya volunteers in the training. The creches will operationalize in the next 15 days. A total of 39 children will be engaged with the creche.
The programme ended in a positive note to give smile and in the face of young children in whose hand the future generation lies.
