PowerPoint Presentations from SDTT partners, promotion of SRI by Government of Bihar, BRLPS, System of Crop Intensification, Conservation Agriculture and SRI, low cost irrigation structures and SRI and on the National Consortium for SRI were some of the major thematic discussions during the event. Sub-group discussions amongst participants and experience-sharing by selected SRI farmers from Bihar also formed part of the programme.

Participants on the final day got the opportunity to engage in community-level farmer interactions and explored field based initiatives on SRI, SWI and SCI undertaken by PRADAN and also on Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) schemes promoted by IGS-BASIX in Gaya District.
